Your Retirement Plan

Plan Eligibility: You will be eligible to participate in the Plan when you have completed 1 month of service and have attained age 18. Your Entry Date will be the first day of the month coinciding with, or next following, the date you satisfy the eligibility requirements.

Auto-Enroll: Once eligible, you will be enrolled in the Plan with an automatic deferral of 3% of your compensation each payroll period unless you opt out of the Plan.

Auto-Increase: Your deferral amount will be increased by 1% per year up to a maximum of 10% of compensation.

Match: Your employer offers a 401(k) Match to contributions you make. The company matches 100% of the contributions you make up on the first 3% of compensation, and 50% of contributions on the next 2% of compensation. To receive a full match, you must contribute 5% or more

Traditional & Roth Contribution: You can contribute to your retirement plan as a Traditional pre-tax contribution or as a Roth after-tax contribution, or a combination of both.

Investments: You have a variety of investment choices within your 401(k) Plan. You will be auto enrolled into a Target Date Fund that aligns with your retirement age (with an assumption of 65 years old). You can re-direct those investments to any investment option offered within the Plan. Your investment options are listed on your Paychex participant portal.

Plan Custodian

Your 401(k) account is administered by Paychex. You can access your account online through the Paychex site, or by calling Paychex participant services at 833-299-0168. You can access the Paychex site for the following services:

- Enroll in the plan or update your contribution amount

- Designate and manage beneficiaries

- View your account balance and manage investments

- Access statements and important plan documents

- Review withdrawal options and submit distribution requests

To access your account, visit https://www.paychex.com/retirement-servicesor click the link below. 

How To Enroll

To begin your online enrollment, visit https://www.paychex.com/retirement-services or click the link below. Click the Login button at the top of the page. On the next screen, hit the blue "Launch Paychex Flex" button. This will open a new window to enter your login credentials. If it is your first time accessing your account, hit the "Sign-up" link, and enter your information to register your account.

Once logged in, you will complete the following steps to finish your enrollment:

Set Your Contribution Amount
This is the amount that will be deducted from each paycheck and contributed to your account. You can change your contribution amount at any time.
Standard Contributions: Apply your selected contribution amount to regular or base earnings only.
Other Contributions: Apply your selected contribution amount to any bonus pay.

Choose Your Contribution Type
You may elect Traditional (Pre-Tax) contributions, Roth contributions, or a combination of both.
Pre-Tax Contributions: Lower your taxable income for the year. Taxes are paid when you withdraw your contributions and earnings.
Roth Contributions: Made after taxes are paid. As long as it has been at least five years since your first Roth contribution and you are age 59½ or older, withdrawals of contributions and earnings are tax-free.

Select Your Investments
If you feel comfortable, you may choose your own investment funds. Your plan also offers Target Date Funds, which automatically adjust the mix of stocks and bonds based on the year you expect to retire.
